Delete your ARK47 account
You can delete your ARK47 account and its data yourself, at any time, in any of these three ways.
In the ARK47 app
Open the app, go to Account and tap Delete account. The app shows what will be deleted, and you type your email to confirm, or your phone number if your account has no email.
On the web
Sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account. Studio shows what will be deleted, and you type your email to confirm, or your phone number if your account has no email.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what we keep
Deleted at once: your name, email, phone number, password and sign-in links, every session and signed-in device, and your apps and their data. A WhatsApp number linked to your account is let go too, so a message from it later starts a new account. Your credit balance is given up, any Studio plan ends, and a domain you bought through us stops renewing.
Kept: only the invoices, the accounting and tax records and the records of your acceptance of the Terms that the law requires, for the periods in our Privacy Policy, with no more of your details than the law requires. Copies in backups expire within 90 days.
