Help
ARK47 support
Help with ARK47 Studio, on the web and in the ARK47 app.
Write to us
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, in Arabic or English. Tell us which app it is about and what happened, and we reply by email.
Report an answer from the app
In the ARK47 app, any answer from the builder can be reported with Report under it. Choose why, add a note if you like, and it reaches our team without leaving the app.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, from the app, from Settings on the web, or by email. The steps are on the account deletion page.
